It may not be the wackiest news of the week, but it definitely makes Friday better when you know it’s Dr. Seuss’ birthday. Theodore Seuss Geisel published 46 of our favorite childhood books, some off which were brought onto the big screen like The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, and The Lorax, in theaters now.

So it’s Wednesday and not quite the end of the week yet. For some reason by the middle of the week, everyone realizes they need to start doing all the stuff they procrastinated on doing at the beginning of the week. The media tycoon announced today that he will be launching the Sun on Sunday newspaper in the U.K. very “soon.” This is a spin-off of the very newspaper whose top 10 staffers were arrested last summer for alleged phone-hacking. Leave it to Mr. Murdoch to make a ballsy move while his corporation’s reputation is on the line.
BU was recently ranked the 19th best college for the fun-loving student AND the 5th best college for the socially awkward student.
